Uzi is always trash-tier and no mod3 can fix that..
Unless if they decide to double her damage buff.

I'm trying to make her work. Uzi and G3 are the only two with similar buff tiles.

Her only use is for commission- paizuri material

AK47 and VAL with 2 more SMGs, Use her like Ribeyrolles. Its a Stretch but its plausible.

And then you'll seperate them after getting G3's Mod. She gets an additional buff tile directly in front of her.

Uzi mod3 soon. I really hope she has enough brain capacity to pick the right echelon formation this time.
