I have no clue what's written below Harusame. The best guess I have is that it's "Mapo Haru" indicating that she only makes mapo tofu.
It's Mapo Harusame, cellophane noodles ("harusame") cooked in a spicy mapo tofu-style sauce. It's a Japanese adaptation of the Sichuan dish Ants Climbing a Tree (蚂蚁上树, mǎyǐ shàng shù).
Harusame cooks the dish in her 1900 hourly line. Apparently the Admiral doesn't really like it, judging by her 0700 hourly (where she also says "Mapo Harusa...", cutting off at exactly the same point before changing the line, either as a prank or as consideration for the Admiral who might have accidentally grimaced).
I've had Mapoharu plenty of times, the supermarkets sell pre-made kits for it, even.
Fair enough. I'm probably unlucky to have missed it, and if I saw it in stores I likely ignored it since I only cook what I'm familiar with. I prefer to leave first impressions to more capable hands.
Makes me wonder. She so far doesn't show hourly lines (?) but then again, someone did state she hides a lot of "surprises" behind her "I'm number 1" mentality.
