Pregnancy and actually functional armor on a woman are a very rare and special combination.
The gray/silver hair is a small but welcome bonus for me.
The idea that someone would have a special suit of plate armor just for when they're in their third trimester is kind of insane.
Keep in mind that real plate armor is unisex. Normal plate armor already has a chest bulge, and people wore armor in layers, with chain below, then plenty of quilted padded armor beneath that to absorb the shock of attacks. The plate was just to prevent edged weapons from cutting through, the padding distributes the force enough to prevent real harm. Hence, skin-tight plate is just as fantastic as a chain mail bikini. (Bronze armors that show pecs and nipples like you see ancient Greeks using were forged to show that stuff.) Realistically speaking, it's just as likely this woman just has a suit of plate made really fat and pregnant-looking and those nipples are just pointy chunks of steel. (But it's kind of stupid to shape it like that, as it creates a 'shot trap' where blows are deflected towards the heart and towards directly impacting the armor head-on. Normal plate armor is pointy in the chest just to make attacks deflect away from the torso.)

Plate armor repeatedly stopped actual bullets basically up until smokeless powder was invented. The reason plate armor went out of fashion wasn't because it stopped being effective. It was because heavy cavalry was replaced by light cavalry armed with carbines because the horses, not the cavalrymen, kept getting killed by gunfire and picket line tactics got effective at killing warhorses that charged the line.
