It doesn't seem like this is based upon anything other than plot armor/artist preference (Haruna and I-8 were eliminated before even appearing), since even clever strategies are being picked off by Re using that horror movie power to just flat-out teleport wherever she needs to be to make a jump scare, and they're picking off characters with less screentime first.
Hence, betting on anyone besides team Plasma or Horrorshow seems a bad bet.
