Just wanna point out that the cat ears could very well be a signifier of them both being trans girls. I doubt most people know this, but transwomen in certain online communities apparently got memetically attached to the catgirl persona, with dog boys as transmen counterpart. Knowing Pas, they are most likely referencing that.
