I think it's just generic carrier drawing, not a specific ship. Only two operational aircraft carrier ever have portside island, Akagi and Hiryū. The bow silhouette is definitely neither Akagi nor Hiryū. Might barely pass as Hiryū, but there's a lot of mismatched details.

Deinitely not Taihō since she had starboard island and hurricane bow.

Best course of action to be honest, I'll chalk it up to error on the artist side since this https://commons.m.wikimedia.org/wiki/File:Graf-Zeppelin-1.jpg#mw-jump-to-license shows the two lines at the forward end and the flat end of the runway. So yes, it is the Graf Zeppelin although with error.
