The Great Yukonkon Mountain seems to have drowned most of the Pacific Northwest. Fortunately, the Sib-ear-ian Mountain was kinder to the Asian coastline.
Sadly, this is probably not a Discworld reference -- the world being supported by a elephants supported by a turtle is originally from Hindu mythology. As Terry would say, "Beware of secondary sources!"
