It looks like a scrape, but I dunno with the way that body plating is caved in. It would be a really bad scrape.

Assuming its not photo artifacting going nuts, it looks like you can see orange paint there. Maybe a construction barrier?

Two dents in the fender and a small one in the bumper, that needs quite some work including new paint. That fender is bent inwards, did she hit a guardrail? Whatever, that won't be cheap, here in Germany I'd guess maybe 2000 €, about 250.000 Yen.
