I don't think so , rika always took this cat-tail for her cosplay in higurashi. Actually, Frederica should be tagged as Rika (Knowing they're the same person ,it doesn't help)

Frederica is the accumulation of memories of all the worlds rika lived as . In Higurashi Kai , you can see Frederica at the beginning and when Everyone is in the Fractal dimension , with crystals. This rika is Frederica. Hanyuu left Rika's memories in this dimension (Do you remember ? Hanyuu erases Rika memories everytime she's been killed, and that's the accumalation of her own memories who became Frederica.
Like all these memories are impossible for an human to keep. She couldn't call her rika anymore ,because Rika was the human one. Her.. not. So she called her " Frederica (Furude Rika Berkastel" I don't know why bernkastel though.
However It's been confirmed ,she is Rika in the Tea party with Lambdadelta "I have to tell you the truth. It's from this game, i've played against the child that i became a witch" or again "I Know you have all reasons to hold your knees , but you can't give.. what i used to say already.. don't give up.. fi..fight..Oh , yeah Mii Nipah! .."

Actually yes, her favorite wine brand is/was "Bernkastel" (if I remember correctly), and as RisaMadara said, Rika and Bernkastel aren't the same but that doesn't mean that Bernkastel wasn't Rika in the past. To put it simply it is like Rika evolving into something/someone more powerful and wiser, just that instead of becoming/evolving, all the events and lives she lived gave birth to Bernkastel. Thats why Rika and Bernkastel are not the same, but still related.
