This is almost like that figure she made, except that the body isn't twisted backwards, it's a different face, and she is not wearing her skirt like in the 4koma. I don't own a nendoroid so I don't know if it possible to switch the lower half of the body like one can with the head.

With Nendoroids, you can switch things with others. I have a Black Rock Shooter and Hatsune Miku that can switch with each other.
