I think that's Atalanta Alter atop one of the pillars, mainly because of the colors and what I suppose to be a bow, but since it's way too small and not that detailed, it's really hard to tell (and let's not count the things that look like wings, it's confusing enough already).

Pretty sure this is a reference to the Jeanne vs Atalanta scene in Apocrypha, specifically when she uses Tauropolos.
