Incompleteness isn't a valid reason for deletion. That's why we have a work_in_progress tag.

For what it's worth, though, this will almost certainly be automatically deleted in a few days anyway.

To be fair, it's not as though it's particularly bad. It's quite good. Just kind of amateurish.
