@Billyaabob I'm not sure about a pool, but there's a 'useless admiral maker' tag on pixiv - although this not exclusive to Ikazuchi and actually contains quite a bit of Yuugumo.
You might also be thinking of one of these two relevant tags: 'Ikazuchi is a young woman who may have well become a mother to me!' and 'Ikazuchi is seriously an angel'.
