    Cruiser Smolensk

    Some love her for the sheer firepower. Some hate her for starting fires everywhere. Whichever side you take, she doesn't give a shit.
    Nicknamed by the community as Smolboi, or Two and a Half (angry) Grozovoi, it's Smolensk.

    Correct. Smolensk is an AA cruiser. From the MLK (small light cruiser) series. Just turns out that WOWS game mechanics make 130mm AA guns really good at fire-spamming surface ships.

    And instead of using a more reasonable design like MLK-8-130 or MLK-10-130 as a tier 8 cruiser, they went full Cyka Blyat and added MLK-16-130 at tier 10.
