I think it’s safe to say that Guin’s GFL is in a non-apocalyptic hybrid world alongside Kancolle. And occasionally AL.
The other option is that Guin’s GFL, Kancolle, and Azur Lane have mastered dimension hopping via helicopter, and have inter dimensional phones to connect with each other. And that Gamby managed to get lost in another dimension.

The tech for T-dolls seems to range from yer classic gynoid/cyborg construction al la Ghost in the Shell, Battle Angel Alita, Chobits, etc... all the way to what appears to be Fallout 4 New Synths which are basically artificial humens.
