Ok, new theory. Hamakaze still has that out-of-earth kind of sense in fashion, it only applies differently depends on people. And Akigumo got the good side of it.

I think I said something similar a few days ago. Except that I think it's more she likes Akigumo-sensei.... but less so Hibiki the attempted molester.

I wouldn't call our Hibiki here normal by any means (or most Hibiki in fanon, really), but I've still seen crazier.

Um... That didn't come out right.
I mean she really doesn't mean it. It just happens. And Akigumo was lucky enough the dice rolled a good one for her. Hibiki, not so much.

Hamakaze has always been worshipful of Akigumo. Remember her response when she found out that Akigumo was the one doing the comics?

I do remember that. But Hama has been quite nonchalant about a lot of things, including her drunken behaviors. That led me into thinking how her sense of fashion expresses on a person is depended on chances alone.

And on a whole different matter. Why is my comment voted down? Did it offend anyone? Just by saying luck and dice?
Man, there's no way not to offend people on the internet anymore nowadays.
