For Shigure's ingredients, the first one is definitely "company" and I think the second one is "salt"
I assume it would mean "salt from her company." Put together it could be pronounced as "shashio" which also means to squint. Maybe a pun? But I'm not sure.

I can see the small kanji being confusing, but it's actually 牡蠣. (Note the different defining radical from 社.) Translation amended accordingly, along with a few others.
