Tactical Hibiki (First Part)
After the war with the Abyssal Fleet, the government, fearing the power of the shipgirls, seized their equipment and transferred the function of the Naval Base to the office of Naval Interdiction Operations... sort of thing.
This is just a little breather of a story. It has nothing to do with the main plot or anything.
