My first thought was that it might be Len, actually. But I doubt it matters to Chibi-Miku, she's happy anyway now.

As I understood it, Santa grabbed the present Haku dropped (1st panel), swung by Chibi-Miku's window with it (2nd panel) and left (3rd panel).

So....Santa doesn't have his own presents to give to Chibi Miku?

...Well...that'd make more sense. No elves would make toys for free, so he jacks other people's gifts and gives it to the kids.

Elves are magical slaves to Santa. If they don't make presents he cancels the contract and they disappear.
