You're probably thinking of the pornographic ones. Nanashi did a lot more that were non-pornographic (though some can be classified as "ecchi" due to nudity on both Naruto and Hinata's part).

It's scary how he went from bullying, torture and borderline guro to wholesomeness. Whatever happened, I want it to happen to me as well.

Beyond just swapping even a bunch of the bullying and torture often has a weirdly affectionate edge to it. It's a strange combo, but it certainly makes his stuff distinct if nothing else.
