Looks like the interior of a Dodge Charger SRT. Fairly certain that its the 2015 to current version but, honestly, the interior of the 2012 to 2014 looks VERY similar.
The car ahead is a 1973 AMC Matador, which you can tell since the first generation Matador was built from 1971 to 1973 and had square taillights. This is the 1973 version because it was the only one to have the bars on the bumper in order to pass the NHTSA 2.5 MPH rear bumper regulation that was introduced in 1973.
Isn't this Dodge Charger also a police interceptor package? Its got the siren controls in the center console, a police radio with the microphone, and the ticket computer for verifying license and registration information. Plus whatever the orange box in the passenger side footwell is. Although, given that the camera is from the back and there's no wall separating it from the front, and the fact the passenger seat is removed, it might be a decommissioned interceptor that never had the radio, siren, lights or laptop mount removed.
