Looking at the Twitter link in the commentary (thanks, Brightlight!), that pose Kasumi mimicking is a reference to At That Corner of The Blooming Schoolhouse from late April 2019 (April 2020 on Global) where Arisa was doing that pose (just look at the comments in the Twitter source for the original).
