I think Leroy design wise and character wise is one of the better, if not the best character they have made.
but god damn I gave him a chance for the first 2 weeks, thinking that people are just complaining because he's a new character, just give it time, but jeez this Top 8 Evo was a sleeper for me, I was rooting so hard for Mikio.
