This reminds me of the scene on the end of Camerons "The Abyss", where the aliens time freeze tsunamis seconds before they're crushing major cities.

This zone that forbids water feels kind of surreal meme-esque.

I love that Kyouko should still be reeling from almost drowning but all she can do is be annoyed that - as far as she can tell - Mitori told a fib.

Also liking the composition of that second frame. Makes me think of a superhero or something.

Mitori's probably one of those jerks that always plays blue permission in Magic.
