*When the rate up event happens but there aren't enough doll slots*
"The commander is spending millions, billions of gems to Kalina to bring in these foreign dolls... we don't know who these dolls are. Some of them are fine, but some of them are terrible! And we aren't vetting them to find who is who. Do we really want another IDW here on base? What about those who may be infected with parapulie? What the hell is he thinking?! I wish the Commander would start thinking more about the dolls in Griffin. We have 2 star, 3 star, even 4 star *points to self* T-dolls who are under leveled, without dummy links, and at very low affection. Very low. Some haven't been fed due to 0-2 runs, for who knows how long. Why aren't they thinking about them? Why can't we spend those resources on our T-dolls? Why do we have to spend it on T-doll drops?"
