I translated what I could, but then added to LUNATIC pool because:

• 1. Very small/blurry text in multiple locations
• 2. Portions of text covered
• Poster behind Maho's head (top-middle)
• Curry sign
• Maho's handwriting (also upside-down)

That's alot of dream for 7 year old maho. Miho is 5 year old, so maho was born in 1994 while miho was born in 1995. Therefore they should be in their early 20s.

I tried my best to tackle what I could make out, I also couldn't figure out the hidden doctor sign and I'm probably missing some number jokes, but most of it should be done.

Even her dream of manga artist is stressful.
