Tough to get it up in the air.
"W, who cares about the ground characteristics of fighter planes!" Spitfire = A bad-tempered woman. She is strong when flying, but she has two terrible vices: one is that her nose points downward during takeoff and landing, and two, her rudder is too strong, spinning her around on the ground. We don't know how many failed takeoff attempts she racked up. She is a tsundere plane that took a lot more work to stabilize at a good altitude when compared to other planes. Even so, in the air, it might stall when attempting to turn on a small radius, but, oh well.
