    これもとてもいい運動だと思います!
    通常のプランクよりちょっと強度が高いです

    ちなみに自分は最初試した時10秒で後ろに倒れました

    It's a "Side plank"! This exercise really works your "trunk" and "abdominal obliques (flank)".
    Oh, so there's all kinds of planks? Maybe I should give it a try!
    Without rotating your back, make a line from head to heel.
    If the foot on top is hurting, it's no problem to lower it to the floor.
    Look straight ahead, don't angle your head.
    The elbow is put directly under the shoulders, supporting the body.
    If your elbow hurts, put a towel or similar down.
    Don't lower your hips or buttocks.
