Calm down, dude, this is not a Goblin Slayer situation.
I'd imagine Azusa probably naturally emits a dangerous vibe to slimes though after having killed over 2.7 million slimes in her lifetime. Additionally she naturally reacts to killing slimes automatically after having done it for so long. Its even stated that as soon as a slime entered her field of vision her hand was already moving to kill it with a poke (used to use a knife, but after awhile it was simply faster to do it by hand).
Won't be an issue for Rimuru though, since he's in human form when first meeting Azusa and it's most likely he'd survive one of Azusa's normal attacks against slimes.
I will really like to see how long Azusa will survive if she really pick up a fight with Rimuru inside a restaurant from "Isekai Shokudou" when Kuro is in work.

Azusa is probably the weakest of the group, though by volume 8 she breaks the level cap and obtains at least the raw power rivaling local deities (gods whose authority only spans a single world) and making her the most powerful living being in her world.
