Edit: Dam son I tried to check places and found within reasonably short time frame only two sources where the whole circle is seen: (1) concept art, and (2) animated trailer. *And well... if you played the game or look up gameplay you'd see it... Excuse me for being unfamiliar with the Pokémon franchise.
Most of the times when her head is slightly turned, it's drawn more like a typical hairband disappearing behind her ears. Few posts show the complete circle; if you didn't know about it, you'd have to not only look through all the posts but also start questioning it.
