Actually, Neru is telling chibi Miku what had already transpired. Refer to the previous comic (#235), and you'll understand why Len gave something to Neru even before she could give her chocolate to Len...
...all the while chibi Miku is sweating with guilt as she's eating the heart-shaped chocolate Len gave her (I'm pretty sure it says "Len-san's" on that chocolate).
- Neru gives chocolate to Len. - Miku steals / forces Len to give up said chocolate. (See previous comic where Miku and Rin give him the staredown.) - Neru is happy to give her future husband chocolate. Miku realizes that it is maybe not such a good thing to have stolen said chocolate.

Actually, what I think happened was:
-Neru INTENDED to give Len her chocolate but -Saw Len had bought some (from Yowane) aaand -Len gives chocolate to Yowane, which she is -Happy to have received, so Miku is eating what Neru was intending to give to Len.
