It's kinda hard to get a feel for just how big Bald Eagles are; they usually have wingspans of 6-8 feet, and their talons are thumb length and brutally sharp.

which is probably why she wants nothing to do with Grim Reaper

They're basically equipped with daggers for claws. If they're anything like the golden eagle in grip strength (their niches are very, very different, so I'm not sure about this), they could hurt your hand just by squeezing, before the talons come into play.
Also, gotta love how Enty was just "Okay, then he's your problem now!" She's teaching Akagi-chan how to play dirty.
I find it quite amusing that Enterprise is a better teacher in terms of being cunning and sneaky than Akagi herself has been. Assuming the little one ever gets her rigging, she is going to be downright terrifying.

She already has it, she just doesn't know how to use it. That's the whole basis of this comic, Akagi-chan doesn't know how to use her rigging, and Akagi won't (can't, according to Amagi) teach her how.
I wonder where exactly the artist envisions the Azur Lane base as being located. (Obviously in C-130 range of Honolulu/Hickam, but that is a pretty big radius.) Being in a full C-130 flight isn't particularly fun though. C-17s are more tolerable if you aren't sitting in those cramped middle seats.
Since Enterprise and her group end up in Los Angeles, Queen Elizabeth would probably be on the same plane for the first leg or two of the journey, since Camp Pendleton is relatively close by. If you are flying commercial, they probably have a commuter flight from LAX to John Wayne in Orange County, which would be the closest reasonably sized civilian airport to Camp Pendleton itself. If QE is taking military transport, she could probably go direct from Honolulu/Hickam to Camp Pendleton. I find Mil-air is so much less annoying than commercial air (less snacks but less waiting in security lines).

My guess is one of the Pacific naval bases like Guam. And remember that, from what we can tell, QE is at the same naval base as Enterprise/Akagi/the rest of Sakura. We don't know of there are others (hinted at by post #4001561), but it's safe to assume they're flying together from the same, further out than Hawaii base.
