There probably isn't any deep meaning to Letty being Bruno, aside from the fact that Cirno/Letty is a pretty popular protege-mentor kinda pairing, which is what Giorno/Bruno practically is. Unfortunately(?), Ghiaccio's role will have to be taken by some other angry literal-minded midget, whoever that is.
Keine doesn't erase the next few seconds but rather the seconds before. That's an important distinction. Also that is EX-Keine, who creates history. Moody Blues recreates them. Not quite the same but it's close enough I guess?

i knew about ex keines powers but its still much more closer compared to other references, my point on her having two sides could stand alone, both are related to time either way and you could say that ex keine predicts the future because she makes it (?) and i have never seen a fan art of letty and cirno mentoring thing, not saying it does not exist
