Romanization is always preferred to translation for a name. This is done to minimize obfuscation and to prevent absurdities like 'Aoyama-san' being written as 'Mr. Blue Mountain'.

The film probably wasn't popular enough to merit a release in the east(though you'll by some of the stuff that does get fanart on pixiv), but if you have an idea you should go for it.
