Considering there's apparently an after-market backlight installed on this one, I like to think this is a remodel/repair of the other one.

Does anyone have the artist's notes (if any) to translate?

The title is "やあ、久しぶりだね" and the description is "君は、自分のなりたい大人になれたかい？"

Title: "やあ、久しぶりだね" = "Hey! Been awhile, hasn't it?"

Desc.: "君は、自分のなりたい大人になれたかい？" = "Did you turn out the way you wanted to when you grew up?"
