It's by the artist who drew the original takoluka (post #402301), but this predates that drawing by two days. I'm not quite sure if this is meant to be an early version of takoluka or a yukkuri or what.

Sounds like a proto-Takoluka then.

Probably, the artist just made a doodle of Luka's head, and the realized her hair looked like tentacles. Then thought of Takoluka
