Just googling up that name "Undefined Fantastic Object" (found bottom right) brings up 2 blogs that say it's (as expected) Touhou 12, with a demo due out March 8th.

Hah. No, the initials are what make it. "UFO" - there's space ships and stuff.

For the record, the full title is "Touhou Project 12 - Touhou Seirensen" ("seirensen" being written with the characters "star lotus ship").
