This is Dia, a character who appear in the mobile game World Flipper. Dia is a machine girl who works as a diva for the renowned ministry. Although she has two floating sound units that accompanies her in the live concert, Dia is currently looking for the famous co-stars. She is voiced by Eri Inagawa in the game.

Before you start asking question of why I translate her name as Dia instead of Dear, this is because in the game, she reveal that her full name is Diva Media, though she prefer that people call me Dia instead. In Malay, 'Dia' is a third person pronoun.
