A piece of bread might just be a piece of bread to you but it is also an expression of human society as a whole; the tireless exchange of development spawning across over hundreds of thousands of years of research, cooperation and hardwork just so that I would eventually cut off the crust and eat half before tossing it into the trash cause I dislike mustard on my sandwich.
