It`s part of Rins incarnation to summon archer. Since the german letters "ä, ü and ß" are missing it`s kind of hard to read and I don`t know how to translate "Wortseelen" (literally wordsouls) which even in german isn`t really a word...
PREEETTY sure that's supposed to be the "Hero Emiya" rather than the "Servant Archer". He is wearing Archer's clothes, yes, but it IS rather implied that that's what Emiya Shirou wears in the future.
