Yeah. I much a good fan of van gogh and curious his about his life was. Hence this in FGO was basically "torment" to him.

Hopefully we may later get a "separation" of the two psyche stuck in that body. Unlikely, but one can only hope. I mean this imagery shows that he could look pretty good as a servant (especially since it would be a location that would hopefully be able to shield him somewhat from the outsiders).
