Well they are fully grown teens and red is 1,65cm tall compared to the artist point of view were they are children

I think Guin's comics aren't really trying to be accurate to the lore.
Red and Cuora here are children and are being spoiled by the old man.
And, man oh man, do I love to see these youngsters having fun with their gramps!
