Absolute chad shark plays at lvl 30 and doesnt die.
The thing about excising is that you don’t die when you do it, even if you try to show off by doing the most difficult thing possible.
It instead makes you wish for death the day after when every muscle in your body proceed to turn against you for making them do work, after years of lazing around like our NEET shark has.
Gura, unfortunately but hilariously, is on the second day of this as we speak. The funnier thing is that she even tried to do Yoga afterwords (instead of stretching before her ringfit because big brain shark), which is really is setting setting herself up for an asswhooping.
I’d be surprise if she can stream (hell, if she can even get out of bed) for the rest of the week.

I believe you are supposed to do "warm ups" before training, not stretches per se. Stretches are decent if you haven't been moving regularly and after training? Atl my swimming teacher always said that and lot of data I used after I quit swimming and went for the gym instead did point towards that being the more optimal path.
Ofc I am aware of the everlasting debate between warm-up and stretches first groups, though atl I have tried both out and warm ups before seem to generally prevent cramps afterwards. Atl for me.
