I think Human if we go by the example of Keine (Half Human-Half "Dream eater" Youkai)
Are you sure you're thinking of the right person? Keine is a were-hakutaku, implying she was at one point fully human, and the only thing she eats is history, and that's in her human form. The dream eater is Doremy.
The only confirmed naturally born human/youkai half breed is Rinnosuke.

Oh thanks for the clarification, i didn´t get that part,i always thought she was a half human-half youkai. So in conclusion the kid will most likely be human.
In Touhou lore, nearly anyone who lives in Gensokyo is at least part youkai, just because only people with part-youkai lineage and magic powers (which often comes from part-youkai lineage) were sent inside the Hakurei barrier to begin with. Even if there were people who were pure-blood humans that also had magic powers in there in the first place, interbreeding would make sure that youkai lineage would touch them all. Rinnouske is just unusual in that he had a full-youkai parent.
Also, Rinnouske is a good example for what a half-youkai would look like, as well. If Kogasa had a child with a human, the child would likely be very human-looking with just some physical quirk (like heterochromia), and an umbrella/rain affiliation in their powers.

I didn't think anyone could be so confidently off base. No one was "sent" inside the barrier, Gensokyo as a place existed before the barrier was formed. Literally nothing in canon has ever stated or even implied the humans of the village to be anything but humans, with or without magic, and there's no reason to believe that there's been so much interbreeding between the estimated few thousand humans (the "village" is closer in size to a city) and youkai over the roughly 140 years since the barrier was formed that the human bloodlines have been completely contaminated.
I would assume, were that to be the case, at some point the whole purpose of having a village of humans would be defeated, as their fear and faith is what keeps Gensokyo running. If they're interbreeding with youkai as aggressively as you suggest, they can't possibly have anything to fear, and the entire place would collapse.

You're misunderstanding what I've written and the game lore because you're running with an assumption that youkai ancestry has to be recent.
Gensokyou is filled with people that have magical powers because of their lineage, but that doesn't mean they're half-youkai. A good example is the Emperor of Japan, whose bloodline is supposedly descended from the sun goddess Amaterasu as part of their claim of divine right to rule. That was over 2,600 years ago, but still supposedly is enough to give descendants magical powers. Although there was certainly interbreeding of the royal line through distant cousins as royal blood stretched through the nobility, if we presume that there were 100 generations since then and all the rest of the blood was human, you'd be talking about someone who is very roughly 1/1,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000th goddess. (At which point, they're probably going to have more random mutations than actual genetic legacy you can trace to one specific ancestor, but we're talking about mythic storytelling, here.) (Also, in Touhou, they outright state that the difference between youkai and gods are just what people think about them...)
When the Great Hakurei Barrier was about to be formed, they shoveled in all the people with magic powers, youkai lineages, magic ninja, etc. in there because they wouldn't fit in the non-magic world, which is why all the regular villagers commonly have magic powers, and "totally human" characters like Marisa and Kosuzu have magic powers. After the barrier was formed, anyone who somehow got a magical bloodline without being related to a youkai somewhere would have eventually interbred with someone who did, just because the gene pool is pretty concentrated in a village with only a few thousand people. They don't need to keep interbreeding with full youkai, they're already spreading thin lineages that are just enough to spark some magical powers around.
They don't need more people being shoveled in, but people like Sanae, who has magic powers because she's descended from Suwako because you get magic powers from mythic bloodlines in Touhou, sure don't hurt.
Hence, Gensokyo is filled with humans with youkai ancestors who might never have seen a youkai (or rather, didn't realize it when they did, since youkai stroll the streets pretty commonly in the supplemental materials) and are still terrified of them, and may not realize their own lineage.
Someone like Rinnouske who's half-youkai is still seen as odd and rare, but being 1/32nd youkai is common. (Or rather, 7/64ths youkai, from 3 different youkai ancestors.)
