If that did happen, I think it would be a "weekend stream with mom" funny kind of thing. Just a series of one-offs and intermission streams. I doubt she would want to make any kind of formal appearance though.

I mean, you never really know. Whose to say that Marine isn't a gilfmilf DELICIOUS ETERNAL 17 YEAR OLD in disguise. It really comes down to the target market itself and it depends on how much of a fuss would be raised by the crazy Otaku fandom (as usual) if they discover the said Vtuber is actually a married woman (or a man).
I say if there was somesort of Holomilf, it might be very, very niche and would be...tough, to say the least, to pull off and make it work. It would be like a full-time seiyuu job, which would be the closest thing I can think off.
But who knows. Maybe Yagoo will do it. He is the man who made the impossible, possible. Literally pulling a Ron Paul and made Anime Real.

Many of the hololivers are already doing full time seiyuu jobs. Subaru's duck voice is not her real voice.
