Personally, I never found energy drinks to be any good at keeping me from sleepiness. But well, it's used like that for a reason I guess.
I used to work for a fast food joint. And i literally had to drink two to three of the larger redbull cans a day in order to have the motivation/energy to do all of the work. It was literal hell
