Yup, all anime girls and guys actually look like Hanataro from Bleach, or Simon from TTGL. These two forgot their memo about putting contact lenses, it seems.

This might be a reference to the fact that the super deformed style of most anime and such today can be traced back to Disney animations, but I doubt it.
