Given that earlier Seiga was saying that Yoshika has no free will and Futo believing that jiangshi lose everything besides their instincts, Seiga probably thought she didn't have any personality and didn't truly recognize care about her, and she's probably crying tears of joy now knowing that Yoshika apparently remembers her and possibly thinks about her just like all those old poems that she recites when alone.
