This is scyther's secret evolution using gundanium instead. Just look at tose wings its like they are from the Freedom Gundam.

I get more of a Destiny Gundam sorta feel from it.
Also the cone on the back kinda looks like a GN Drive from Gundam 00.

Yeah, it also kinda reminds me of a Cybody, particularly because the area between the pelvis and the upper body seems really narrow. Or am I the only one who sees such a resemblance?
