    Reader-added tags include "Can't trust the financer", "Banky Rabbit" (usasa-ginkou), and "People of interest". (Risoku ha sanpa-garasu, literally, "the interest is three crows". This combines the phrase "sanpa-garasu", which can mean just "trio/triumvirate" or more like "three birds of a feather", with the concept of karasu-kin ("crow money"), a type of usury in which a company offers a high-interest loan with 24 hours to pay it back. I just couldn't work all that into something in English, so I did what I could.)

    Was just about to say that. The person who wants the loan puts up their property as collateral, and if they can't pay it off, the bank has full authority to evict the loan-ee from their property and seize the land as payment for the unfulfilled loan.
